In late 2020 FCN Group opens up it’s Birmingham City Centre office to cater for the influx of New recruits.
The weeks tick by and the business keeps expanding, from a small business that catered to Warwickshire to now assisting Clients from Newcastle to Lands End.
FCN enters 2023 with intent, Stratford upon Avon opens it’s new offices to house consultants, finance, payroll and compliance, Birmingham team moves to the exclusive 54 Hagley Road and FCN opens it’s Out of Hours team in Morocco – with a business head count of 54 people and not looking at slowing down any time soon.
In it’s present day FCN is a regular name in most Care and Nursing homes, with the intention to bring this into private hospitals, The NHS and complex care services.
FCN is built upon good people and good service and will continue to push this philosophy in everything it does.
FCN Group began trading in October 2019 from the small office under the stairs at Bradley and Lucy’s house in Stratford-upon-Avon, lots of late nights, rejection and determination and finally momentum started to build, clients and candidates were coming on board and the business was starting to come through, fast forward to March 2020 and COVID-19 hits with the country’s first lockdown. Lucy stops working due to the nature of her own business.
Bradley and Lucy began working together to assist homes and clients in need, in April 2020 FCN opened it’s first office in Elizabeth Court, Stratford upon Avon. At the same time FCN brought onboard their first Recruitment Consultant and Payroll administrator, work continues and clients start to turn to FCN in times of need.
The sheer determination and hard work prevails, resulting in the team expanding it’s payroll department, compliance team, business development team and Recruitment consultants.
